Refunds and cancellations
Every figure on this page is read from the running system as this page loads. It is not a description of the rules, it is the rules.

Cancelling a booking
More than one hour before it starts: cancelled free. The whole amount returns to your wallet.
Any later than that, including after it has started: you are charged for the hours you have used, plus a fee of one hour of parking. The rest of the booking returns to your wallet.
Hours used are counted with a grace of 15 minutes, so fourteen minutes is nothing and fifteen is one hour.
The charge is capped at what you paid. A late cancellation of a short booking refunds nothing; it never leaves you owing.
A refund goes back to your wallet as credit, not to your card. Credit buys parking, and there is no route back to a card from it.
If the space was not as described
Report it within 30 minutes of the booking ending. Until that window closes the money is still held by us, which is exactly why the window is worth using rather than complaining afterwards.
We decide, and a partial refund is a normal outcome. If you parked there, you had some of what you paid for, and pretending otherwise in either direction would be unfair to somebody.
Overstaying
You have 15 minutes after the end of a booking. After that the host can charge for the time you stayed, at the same hourly rate.
An unpaid overstay charge stops you making new bookings until it is settled.
Monthly arrangements
Ending one takes one month of notice. Anything paid beyond the notice period comes back to your wallet. The notice period itself does not.
Money added to a wallet
Credit added by card or mobile banking is not refundable to the source. It buys parking. Add between 10 taka and 25,000 taka at a time, and add what you expect to spend rather than a balance for its own sake.
If a payment leaves your account and does not appear in your wallet, do not pay again. Contact us with the date and the amount and we will trace it against the gateway's own record.
Money you have earned
Earnings can be withdrawn once they pass 300 taka, to a bank account, bKash or Nagad. A request is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Earnings from a stay reach your wallet one hour after the stay ends. Until then a guest can still report a problem, which is why the wait exists.
