What if the space is taken when I get there?

Report it from the app and you are refunded to your wallet in full, immediately, before anyone investigates anything. Then we deal with the host.

Is my money safe in the wallet?

Money you add can be spent on parking. Money you earn from hosting can also be withdrawn to bKash. Every movement is recorded and you can see the whole history.

I am a host. When do I get paid?

The amount lands in your wallet as soon as the parking session finishes. Request a withdrawal any time above ৳300 and it goes to your bKash after approval.

Do I need the app to park at a mall?

No. Drive in, take a ticket, pay cash on the way out like always. The app just means you skip the cash and we already know your plate.
